How to get motivated TODAY…

Struggling for motivation?

I get it. 

I get like that too, especially when I am tired.

But here 3 steps to help you:

  1. Remember you do not need to be motivated to get started
  1. You have the life you are willing to put up with (it’s going to be hard anyway, so you may as well choose the ‘hard’ that get you the results you want)
  1. Set a goal → I get it, you have set goals before and then not hit them. But just this past week, announcing two events for the Fruci Fit ladies to aspire to, from 500metres to 2k, 5k, 10k and even an all rounder endurance and functional movement event, has really sparked motivation. And this extrinsic motivation is sometimes what is needed to get you going TODAY. You get started, you start to feel the benefits:
    1. More energy
    2. Mobility
    3. Up and down from the floor easier
    4. Stronger
    5. You feel fitter
    6. You feel more confident
    7. Feel like yourself again

THEN, this can become INTRINSIC…AKA you feel the benefits…

That you are no longer willing to put up with anything less….
