“How do I get motivated?”

“I start motivated… but can’t stay motivated.”

That’s the question I get asked most.

And here’s the truth:

You don’t need more motivation.

Motivation is unreliable.

It comes and goes without warning.

Some days you feel ready to go…

Other days… nothing.

There’s no trick that keeps motivation permanently switched on.

But there is something that works.

Consistency.

Most people think they need motivation to be consistent.

It’s actually the other way around.

Consistency creates progress.

Progress creates motivation.

Motivation creates more consistency.

If motivation feels low right now, don’t aim for forever.

Aim for a time frame.

7 days.

5 days.

Or even…

Just for today.

Pick one thing:

  • Drink more water
  • Eat protein at each meal
  • Go for a walk
  • Do a workout

It doesn’t matter what you choose.

What matters is that you do it.
