And this is where we have to dig a bit deeper to find that real WHY.
The reason WHY you want to do this.
Perhaps it is to
–> Get up and down from the floor
–> be able to chase the kids and grandkids
–> Come off of medication
–> walk without being out of breath
–> Worry less about becoming ill
–> Mental health
→ Improve your mobility
And make it REAL..
For me, I always talk about being an example for my kids.
But go deeper than that. Imagine they are watching you.
Imagine the things you want to do.
The memories you want to create?
So what is your reason?
