Had this question the other day:
‘how do I burn more fat? Do I need to be keto?’
and this is where it can get quite confusing.
Because burning fat and losing fat are two different things…
Burning fat = using fat as fuel AKA if you are eating a high fat diet, you are likely to burn more fat as an energy source
Losing fat = Losing body fat by being in a calorie deficit.
