  • The Food Freedom programme is a step by step programme, where the focus is about being in control of your food again.
  • Each week, I will send you a simple task (you need of minimum 15 minutes a week for this to work)
  • Then you’ll have one short 5 minute task each day to break old habits and build new ones, and give you the support to keep going (these are optional)
  • We then check in at the end of the week to go through your week so you know exactly what to do next and have the accountability to do the things you know you need to do

This is a step by step, day  by day programme, which you can do even on your busiest, most stressful day to develop your relationship with food and feel in control again.
