Feeling guilty about “bad” foods?

“Not a great start, I ate a [insert so-called bad food] but I didn’t eat the usual [insert another so called bad food]”

We get lots of questions:

“Can I eat [insert food]?”

“Is fruit ok?”

“Is a latte ok?”

“Are hot chocolates ok?”

Just a few in the past week. 

The answer comes down to the fact nothing is off limits..
