That we can put together 

Whilst still hitting protein and fibre targets

Needed to help us tone up

Stay full

And feed all of the good bacteria in our guts 🙂

Easy high protein tuna pasta bake 😋 

✅ tuna (1 tin)

✅ frozen sweetcorn (as much as you like)

✅ Mayo (to your texture)

✅ Greek yoghurt (1 tbsp)

✅ Red lentil pasta (170g served 4)

^^ boil the pasta and sweetcorn, drain and then mix the above together 

Put in a baking tray

Top with cheese 😋

Melt the cheese in the oven and you are good to go 🙂
