Dieting Lessons From Trash TV (Love Island)

I'll admit it.

I'm 'kinda' getting into the TV show, 'Love Island'.

The wife keeps watching it (and I'm not in charge of the remote…).

If you haven't seen it...

Take 15 single guys and girls (notice the odd number), put them in a villa, couple them up, and give the couple at the end £50,000…

And yes…

It's total trash TV…

The couples are swapped and changed throughout.

The 'odd' one out is trying to get 'coupled up', too.

'Back stabbers'

'Snakes

'Flings'

It makes good tv...

We're laughing at them.

But in actual fact…

We do the same thing...

We stab Weight Watchers in the back…

Have a fling with Slimming World…

Flirt with Rosemary Conley for a few weeks…

Kiss Herbalife…

And then get back with Weight Watchers...

AKA

We diet 'hop'.

And it reminded me of what an old client (Tam), who had 'tried every crazy diet going' found out on her journey...

That 'eating more', spending LESS time on the treadmill, and getting stronger helped her lose weight and transform her body.

And it really made my day when I saw that Tam had written the following on Facebook:

It took me back quite bit.

And made me think that THIS is why I do what I do.

I've got a message to share with you.

To help you get off the dieting merry-go-round, be in control of your food, and get your confidence back, be it by getting fitter and stronger and / or fitting into your favourite clothes.
