I get it can be overwhelming (all of this health and fitness stuff)
I get it can be hard to fit it all in sometimes.
So my advice to you today?
Commit to having 1 priority for today..

And be on with doing this ONE thing.
It might not be “perfect”
It might not be as good as what you did “10 years ago” or before kids…
But the fact is?
1 is better than 0
And something is better than nothing.
And that’s the only way you’ll find yourself saying:
“didn’t think I could do it”🤩
