Could your 🧠 be holding you back?

I was so close to going into ‘F it’ mode this weekend.

I was up on Saturday morning at 4am to get some final things sorted for our Fat Loss Coaching Group before we headed out on a family day to the Cotswolds.

But then my Apple Mac Laptop literally went into crazy mode. Email wouldn’t work. Nothing would load. It was crashing. Pi55ed off…

It was now 6am and all I had done was try to troubleshoot my laptop and GOT NOTHING DONE…

I had people trying to sign up but couldn’t…

Our web developers couldn’t help me, either. They didnt know what had gone wrong…

My thoughts were that maybe this wasn’t the right time for me to do this. Maybe I’m just not good enough to do it…

Until I just reached out to Apple support…

They rang me back in about 30 seconds. Took over my screen. Did some Kung Fu Technology stuff and BOOM…

It was back on.

Funny thing is that the guy from Apple said he had NO IDEA what I had done and had never seen anything like it.

And there is NO WAY I could have fixed this by myself …

And the reason I bring this up is because it’s similar when trying to lose weight and get in shape.

ONE thing can go wrong…

A ‘bad’ meal…too many ‘syns’, and you think (because of what they they tell you) that you failed…

which means you stop…

And this is madness, because the only way you can fail is if you stop…

Stop doing the things you know you need to do…

And I get that it’s easy to get into that state where you think you’re $#*!.. You have no motivation. And can’t be bothered.

But sometimes its a simple chat. A tweak. A mindset shift.

That is enough to get you back on track.
