I had a question yesterday:
“Are your live workouts recorded so I can do them when fits me ?”
The simple answer?
Simply because everyone has different schedules, be it with work, home schooling and family stuff.
It’s a crazy time right now.
And it’s important to remember that you don’t have to do it all to get the results you want.
In fact, you’ll probably get 80% of the results you want by just finding the key “habit”…
That creates that “ domino effect”..
When I exercise, I feel better and when I feel better?
I’m more patient, have more energy, better to be around, have more fun with the kids, tend to eat better, and I’m better at what I do…
Whether that’s the feel good endorphins that exercise give me
Whether that’s just time for me…
It changes the way I feel.
And how you feel and your energy is probably the most important thing.
It impacts what you do and – therefore – the results you get.

Just did this exercise in my lunch break. Have to fit in around work so as long as I do them I’m not dipping out. Drinking water now 😁
