And the thing is..

In these situations 

Your brain will look for images / evidence / references 

To help you make a choice. 

But the thing is

All our attention will be to why 

“I can’t fit it in”

“I’m not fit enough”

And if you think about it

If this is what you’re feeding your brain..

There’s only going to be one outcome .

So challenge for you today?

Ask yourself this one question:

If I wasn’t stressing about this or bothered about this “thing”, what would I be doing instead?
